My 2010 blogging review from WordPress

I just received an email from WordPress on the overal evaluation on my blogging history in 2010.

The first thought that came to mind after finishing reading the email was: “WordPress is awesome.”

I guess this is one very good example of how to keep your customers happy. It offers both information and interactions. It kind of shows that they care.

I never expected this service from WordPress so this was a very pleasant surprise.
